Cub Scouts Pack 490
Cub Scouting is a year around program for children in Kindergarten through 5th grades in which parents & leaders work together to encourage character development, spiritual growth, good citizenship, & personal achievement. Leaders plan & conduct an activity with the youth on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
Cub Scout activities are centered around earning badges that are specific to each school grade level. This badge represents a rank. Advancement refers to the progress a Cub Scout makes toward their badge of rank. All of the activities for each rank are in the Cub Scout handbooks and include things such as hiking, nature, science, citizenship, first aid, sports, and more.
Pack 490 is a Family Pack. Grades K through 4th are co-ed. (Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos)
5th grade Dens separate by gender. (Arrow of Lights)

Scouts BSA - Independent Troops 490-B male and 490-G female
Full scouting program for young men and ladies ages 11-18. Our meetings and monthly activities are structured to develop character, provide leadership opportunities, and encourage personal growth – all while having fun outdoor adventures. The Troops operate independently Mondays at 7 PM

Venturing Crew 490
Full scouting program for young men and women ages 14-20. Venturing is an activity-based program to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults, with an emphasis in adventure, leadership, personal growth, and service.
