They are officail representatives of the parish and are responsible for keeping order in the Church, accepting the offerings, and handing out the Sunday bulletins after Mass.

They also prepare the worship space before each Mass by checking pews to see if any missals have been left, to arrange hymnals and pick up any leaflets and trash left behind. 1 hour meeting, 3 times a year and scheduled liturgy.
